We trust our customers and maintain a fair, understanding and respectful dealing with them. Your word therefore weighs for us more than a thousand well-established legal phrases and on our handshake you can build. Our business relationship should ultimately move you forward and not constrain. That is why our most important message – apart from these General Terms of Delivery – is that you can really talk about everything with us, even about those brittle clauses.
For everything we deliver and provide within the sukathi online shop, the following terms and conditions apply. Other conditions on the part of the purchaser apply only if we have expressly acknowledged them in writing.
3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of the articles in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. Errors excepted. Our article illustrations contain some decorations or additional equipment. These are not part of the offer and are not included. All items selected in the shop can be found in a shopping cart. There you can check, edit and send your order again. If you want to order in the online shop, you must have noted and accepted the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy before sending in the shopping cart. By clicking on the button „Buy“ you place a binding order of the goods listed on the order page. The confirmation of the receipt of your order is made together with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending by automated email. With this e-mail confirmation the purchase contract came about.
Our are consumer prices including the current value added tax. Also on invoices for foreign countries we reject German VAT with 19%.
5. Product quality
We are a manufactory. Therefore, all pieces are handmade. Deviations from the images listed in the online shop are possible. If you want an individual embossing, please leave us the desired embossing in the order note during the payment process. A proof is not taken. The input you made in the order note is binding.

7. Delivery and payment
The delivery of your order is basically only against advance payment. After receipt of your payment, your ordered goods will be shipped immediately. Should individual items not be in stock, we will endeavor to manufacture them as quickly as possible (do not forget we are a manufactory!) and deliver. You have chosen an individual embossing, we need about 5 working days (also faster, just ask us) to delivery. Each delivery is at the risk of the customer. The risk passes to the customer as soon as the goods are handed over to the transport company or handed over to the recipient.
In case of legitimate complaints of defects of the goods within the statutory periods, a free repair or replacement will be made. If the rectification or replacement fails in at least two cases, the purchaser may demand a price reduction or cancellation of the contract. For unique items (individual embossing/engraving) a replacement is excluded.
9. As far as the warranty is concerned
The warranty claim does not extend to damage due to improper handling, storage and use of the goods, as well as natural characteristics of the materials, such as: B. tarnishing of brass, silver. There is no warranty for normal wear and / or wear that does not constitute a defect. The replacement of consequential damages is excluded. Warranty claims please at the address below. We accept no liability for the accuracy of the prices, descriptions, image qualities (color deviations) and other information given.
10. Data security
We use your data only for business transactions, i. for carrying out orders and for your support. A transfer to unauthorized third parties is excluded.
11. Cancellation policy
You can cancel your contract within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or – if the case before the deadline – by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in writing, but not before receipt of the goods at the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods not before the receipt of the first part delivery) and not before fulfillment of our information requirements under Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 Paragraphs 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Consequences of withdrawal
In the case of an effective cancellation, the mutually received benefits shall be returned and any benefits (such as interest) incurred. If you can not give us back or give us the received performance as well as usages (eg use advantages) or only partially or only in a deteriorated condition, you have to pay us compensation. For the deterioration of the thing and for drawn uses, you only have to pay compensation if the use or the deterioration is due to a handling of the thing, which goes beyond the examination of the characteristics and the functioning. The term „testing the properties and the mode of operation“ refers to the testing and testing of the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the regular costs of the return, if the delivered commodity corresponds to the ordered and if the price of the thing to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euro or if you with a higher price of the thing at the time of the revocation still not the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment. Otherwise, the return is free of charge. Non-parcels are picked up at your place. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your revocation or the thing, for us with their receipt.
Exclusion of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs. (for example, embossing, ring width changes …)
